Question #6: Does the Liquidating Trust have the money in their accounts?
The DBSI Liquidating Trust and DBSI Real Estate Liquidating Trust maintain cash balances in their accounts. The amount of these cash balances depend on the timing for liquidation of assets and the payment of expenses of maintenance and administration. The Trustee reserves proceeds of asset liquidations for distribution. However, due to the large number of beneficiaries, it is only economical to make a distribution when sufficient funds have accumulated in reserve.
